We hope that you love what you ordered, but if not we gladly accept returns of most merchandise within 30 days of the original date of purchase. This includes new, unused items in their original condition, including all tags, original invoice and item packaging (*Exclusions may apply).
*Exclusions include items marked "CLEARANCE" or "SALE", these items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Sorry for any inconvenience.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Your item must be in the original packaging, all tags still attached.
3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS:
1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
2. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
3. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
4. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

RETURN POLICY SHIPPING:
1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, unless it was a mistake on our part such as wrong item shipped, incorrect color or size shipped. You are responsible for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
2. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING POLICY

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

ORDER TRACKING
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 
SHIPPING RATES

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 
BACK ORDERS

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Mamamkashstore.com accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal. We do not accept American Express Prepaid Debit Cards.
